Finish - Natural Ash (not wood stained or varnished) we recommend the wood be allowed to form a natural finish so the Barre does not become slippy.
Why ASH - Because it is one of the strongest of all the woods available & can withstand a reasonable amount of usage. Ash Barres are the recommended material for Ballet, Ballet fitness classes, cardio & general Dance.
