Ideal for handstand / pirouette / balance training or just stamina building also ideal for Press Ups, Push ups.

For use with Gymnastics, Cheer, Dance.
Just locate barre ends over the upright locate & tighten into place.
2 x Barre lengths:- 1.0 metre each
